Our vision is to deliver sustainable homes, with lower running costs to all New Zealanders. 

Ecostar Homes is a new concept in environmentally friendly homes developed around the Homestar rating system. Each plan in the range has been individually designed to minimise waste and maximise passive design, in order to arrive at a product that is more environmentally friendly and more energy efficient.

Many home designers and builders claim to be ‘green’ with many incorporating some level of sustainable features to back up their claims, but here at Ecostar Homes we’ve set out to bring truly sustainable homes to all of our clients. Until now such homes were architecturally designed bespoke homes and as such attracted a premium price. Our vision is to deliver sustainable homes, with lower running costs, to all New Zealanders without these price premiums.
